Refund Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026
We would rather refund you than keep money you are not happy to have spent.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@minhajy.app from the email address you used for the purchase, and tell us which purchase you mean.
We read every request and look at each one individually, and we answer within a few working days. We do not promise a refund in every case, but we would rather refund you than keep money you regret spending.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time from the settings page. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not end your current period. You keep recitation access until the period you have already paid for runs out.
Because you keep the access you paid for, a cancellation on its own is not a refund, and we do not refund unused days of a period that is still running.
Renewals
If a renewal charge surprised you — you meant to cancel, or you did not realise the plan renews — write to us. We will look at it fairly, and in practice we will usually refund a recent renewal that has barely been used.
Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live. If you are in the EU or the UK, that includes the statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. For digital content that is delivered immediately, that right can be waived at checkout only where the law allows it, and only if we asked you to waive it.
How refunds are paid
Stripe is the merchant of record for purchases in Minhajy, so refunds are issued by Stripe back to the original payment method. It usually takes a few working days to appear, depending on your bank.
