بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا

Bismika llāhumma amūtu wa aḥyā

In Your name, O Allah, I die and I live.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ

Alḥamdu lillāhi lladhī aḥyānā baʿda mā amātanā wa ilayhi n-nushūr

All praise is for Allah who gave us life after causing us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ

Bismillāh

In the name of Allah.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ

Alḥamdu lillāhi lladhī aṭʿamanī hādhā wa razaqanīhi min ghayri ḥawlin minnī wa lā quwwah

All praise is for Allah who fed me this and provided it for me without any strength or power from myself.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ

Bismillāhi awwalahu wa ākhirahu

In the name of Allah at its beginning and its end.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَلَجْنَا, وَبِسْمِ اللَّهِ خَرَجْنَا, وَعَلَى اللَّهِ رَبِّنَا تَوَكَّلْنَا

Bismillāhi walajnā, wa bismillāhi kharajnā, wa ʿalā llāhi rabbinā tawakkalnā

In the name of Allah we enter, in the name of Allah we leave, and upon Allah our Lord we rely.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ, تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ, وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ

Bismillāhi, tawakkaltu ʿalā llāhi, wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh

In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah, and there is no power or might except with Allah.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina l-khubthi wa l-khabāʾith

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from all evil and evil-doers.

غُفْرَانَكَ

Ghufrānak

I seek Your forgiveness.

اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ

Allāhumma iftaḥ lī abwāba raḥmatik

O Allah, open for me the gates of Your mercy.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ

Allāhumma innī asʾaluka min faḍlik

O Allah, I ask You of Your bounty.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ

Bismillāh

In the name of Allah.

أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ, وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ

Ashhadu an lā ilāha illā llāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, wa ashhadu anna Muḥammadan ʿabduhu wa rasūluh

I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, alone without partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger.

اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا, وَبِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا, وَبِكَ نَحْيَا, وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ, وَإِلَيْكَ النُّشُورُ

Allāhumma bika aṣbaḥnā, wa bika amsaynā, wa bika naḥyā, wa bika namūtu, wa ilayka n-nushūr

O Allah, by You we enter the morning, by You we enter the evening, by You we live, by You we die, and to You is the resurrection.

اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا, وَبِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا, وَبِكَ نَحْيَا, وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ, وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ

Allāhumma bika amsaynā, wa bika aṣbaḥnā, wa bika naḥyā, wa bika namūtu, wa ilayka l-maṣīr

O Allah, by You we enter the evening, by You we enter the morning, by You we live, by You we die, and to You is our return.

أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ

Aʿūdhu billāhi mina sh-shayṭāni r-rajīm

I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the accursed.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ, وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ, وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ, وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina l-hammi wa l-ḥazan, wa l-ʿajzi wa l-kasal, wa l-bukhli wa l-jubn, wa ḍalaʿi d-dayni wa ghalabati r-rijāl

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, from weakness and laziness, from miserliness and cowardice, from being overcome by debt and from being overpowered by men.

رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا

Rabbi zidnī ʿilmā

My Lord, increase me in knowledge.

رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي, وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي, وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِنْ لِسَانِي, يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي

Rabbi shraḥ lī ṣadrī, wa yassir lī amrī, waḥlul ʿuqdatan min lisānī, yafqahū qawlī

My Lord, expand my chest, and ease my task, and untie the knot from my tongue, that they may understand my speech.

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Rabbanā ātinā fī d-dunyā ḥasanatan wa fī l-ākhirati ḥasanatan wa qinā ʿadhāba n-nār

Our Lord, give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ, اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ, اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ, ﴿سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ * وَإِنَّا إِلَى رَبِّنَا لَمُنقَلِبُونَ﴾ اللَّهُمَّ إِنّا نَسْأَلُكَ فِي سَفَرِنَا هَذَا البِرَّ وَالتَّقْوَى, وَمِنَ الْعَمَلِ مَا تَرْضَى, اللَّهُمَّ هَوِّنْ عَلَيْنَا سَفَرَنَا هَذَا وَاطْوِ عَنَّا بُعْدَهُ, اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ الصَّاحِبُ فِي السَّفَرِ, وَالْخَليفَةُ فِي الْأَهْلِ, اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ وَعْثَاءِ السَّفَرِ, وَكَآبَةِ الْمَنْظَرِ, وَسُوءِ الْمُنْقَلَبِ فِي الْمَالِ وَالْأَهْلِ, وإذا رَجَعَ قَالَهُنَّ وَزَادَ فِيهِنَّ: آيِبُونَ, تائِبُونَ, عَابِدُونَ, لِرَبِّنَا حَامِدُونَ

Allāhu akbar, Allāhu akbar, Allāhu akbar. Subḥāna lladhī sakhkhara lanā hādhā wa mā kunnā lahu muqrinīn, wa innā ilā rabbinā lamunqalibūn. Allāhumma innā nasʾaluka fī safarinā hādhā l-birra wa t-taqwā, wa mina l-ʿamali mā tarḍā. Allāhumma hawwin ʿalaynā safaranā hādhā wa ṭwi ʿannā buʿdahu. Allāhumma anta ṣ-ṣāḥibu fī s-safari, wa l-khalīfatu fī l-ahli. Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min waʿthāʾi s-safari, wa kaʾābati l-manẓari, wa sūʾi l-munqalabi fī l-māli wa l-ahli. Wa idhā rajaʿa qālahunna wa zāda fīhinna: āyibūn, tāʾibūn, ʿābidūn, li rabbinā ḥāmidūn.

Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest. How perfect He is, the One Who has placed this (transport) at our service, and we ourselves would not have been capable of that, and to our Lord is our final destiny. O Allah, we ask You for birr and taqwa in this journey of ours, and we ask You for deeds which please You. O Allah, facilitate our journey and let us cover its distance quickly. O Allah, You are the Companion on the journey and the Successor over the family. O Allah, I take refuge with You from the difficulties of travel, from having a change of hearts and being in a bad predicament, and I take refuge in You from an ill-fated outcome with wealth and family.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ, وَالْحَمْدُ للَّهِ ﴿سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ, وَإِنَّا إِلَى رَبِّنَا لَمُنقَلِبُونَ﴾, الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ, الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ, الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ, اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ, اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ, اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ, سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي; فَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ

Bismillāhi, wa l-ḥamdu lillāhi. Subḥāna lladhī sakhkhara lanā hādhā wa mā kunnā lahu muqrinīn, wa innā ilā rabbinā lamunqalibūn. Alḥamdu lillāhi, Alḥamdu lillāhi, Alḥamdu lillāhi. Allāhu akbar, Allāhu akbar, Allāhu akbar. Subḥānaka llāhumma innī ẓalamtu nafsī faghfir lī, fa innahu lā yaghfiru dh-dhunūba illā anta.

In the name of Allah and all praise is for Allah. How perfect He is, the One Who has placed this (transport) at our service and we ourselves would not have been capable of that, and to our Lord is our final destiny. All praise is for Allah, All praise is for Allah, All praise is for Allah. Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest. How perfect You are, O Allah, verily I have wronged my soul, so forgive me, for surely none can forgive sins except You.

أَسْتَوْدِعُكُمُ اللَّهَ الَّذِي لاَ تَضِيعُ وَدَائِعُهُ

Astawdiʿukumu llāha lladhī lā taḍīʿu wadāʾiʿuhu

I place you in the trust of Allah, whose trust is never misplaced.

أَسْتَوْدِعُ اللَّهَ دِينَكَ, وَأَمَانَتَكَ, وَخَوَاتِيمَ عَمَلِكَ

Astawdiʿu llāha dīnaka, wa amānataka, wa khawātīma ʿamalika

I place your religion, your faithfulness and the ends of your deeds in the trust of Allah.

قَالَ جَابِرٌ رضي الله عنه: كُنَّا إِذَا صَعَدْنَا كَبَّرْنَا, وَإِذَا نَزَلْنَا سَبَّحْنَا

Qāla Jābir: kunnā idhā ṣaʿadnā kabbarnā, wa idhā nazalnā sabbaḥnā

Jabir said: Whenever we went up a hill we would say Allahu Akbar, and when we descended we would say Subhanallah.

أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

Aʿūdhu bikalimāti llāhi t-tāmmāti min sharri mā khalaq

I take refuge in Allah's perfect words from the evil that He has created.

يُكَبِّرُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَرَفٍ ثَلاَثَ تَكْبِيرَاتٍ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ, لَهُ الْمُلْكُ, وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ, وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ, آيِبُونَ, تَائِبُونَ, عَابِدُونَ, لِرَبِّنا حَامِدُونَ, صَدَقَ اللَّهُ وَعْدَهُ, وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ, وَهَزَمَ الْأَحْزابَ وَحْدَهُ

Yukabbiru ʿalā kulli sharafin thalātha takbīrāt, thumma yaqūlu: lā ilāha illā llāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, lahu l-mulku wa lahu l-ḥamdu, wa huwa ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīr. Āyibūn, tāʾibūn, ʿābidūn, li rabbinā ḥāmidūn. Ṣadaqa llāhu waʿdahu, wa naṣara ʿabdahu, wa hazama l-aḥzāba waḥdahu.

Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah, on returning from a battle or from the pilgrimage, would say at every high point: Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest. Then he would say: None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and praise, and He is over all things omnipotent. We return, repent, worship and praise our Lord. Allah fulfilled His promise, aided His Servant, and single-handedly defeated the allies.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا, وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا

Allāhumma innī asʾaluka khayrahā, wa aʿūdhu bika min sharrihā

O Allah, I ask You for its goodness and I take refuge with You from its evil.

سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي يُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ وَالْمَلاَئِكةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِ

Subḥāna lladhī yusabbiḥu r-raʿdu biḥamdihi wa l-malāʾikatu min khīfatihi

How perfect He is, the One Whom the thunder declares His perfection with His praise, as do the angels out of fear of Him.

اللَّهُمَّ صَيِّباً نَافِعاً

Allāhumma ṣayyiban nāfiʿan

O Allah, may it be a beneficial rain cloud.

مُطِرْنَا بِفَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَرَحْمَتِهِ

Muṭirnā bifaḍli llāhi wa raḥmatihi

We have been given rain by the grace and mercy of Allah.

اللَّهُمَّ حَوَالَيْنَا وَلاَ عَلَيْنَا, اللَّهُمَّ عَلَى الآكَامِ وَالظِّرَابِ, وَبُطُونِ الْأَوْدِيَةِ, وَمَنَابِتِ الشَّجَرِ

Allāhumma ḥawālaynā wa lā ʿalaynā. Allāhumma ʿalā l-ākāmi wa ẓ-ẓirābi, wa buṭūni l-awdiyati, wa manābiti sh-shajar

O Allah, let the rain fall around us and not upon us. O Allah, let it fall on the pastures, the hills, the valleys and the roots of trees.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي عَبْدُكَ, ابْنُ عَبْدِكَ, ابْنُ أَمَتِكَ, نَاصِيَتِي بِيَدِكَ, مَاضٍ فِيَّ حُكْمُكَ, عَدْلٌ فِيَّ قَضَاؤُكَ, أَسْأَلُكَ بِكُلِّ اسْمٍ هُوَ لَكَ, سَمَّيْتَ بِهِ نَفْسَكَ, أَوْ أَنْزَلْتَهُ فِي كِتَابِكَ, أَوْ عَلَّمْتَهُ أَحَداً مِنْ خَلْقِكَ, أَوِ اسْتَأْثَرْتَ بِهِ فِي عِلْمِ الغَيْبِ عِنْدَكَ, أَنْ تَجْعَلَ القُرْآنَ رَبِيعَ قَلْبِي, وَنُورَ صَدْرِي, وَجَلاَءَ حُزْنِي, وَذَهَابَ هَمِّي

Allāhumma innī ʿabduka, ibnu ʿabdika, ibnu amatika, nāṣiyatī biyadika, māḍin fiyya ḥukmuka, ʿadlun fiyya qaḍāʾuka, asʾaluka bikulli ismin huwa laka, sammayta bihi nafsaka, aw anzaltahu fī kitābika, aw ʿallamtahu aḥadan min khalqika, awi staʾtharta bihi fī ʿilmi l-ghaybi ʿindaka, an tajʿala l-Qurʾāna rabīʿa qalbī, wa nūra ṣadrī, wa jalāʾa ḥuznī, wa dhahāba hammī

O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand, Your command over me is forever executed and Your decree over me is just. I ask You by every name belonging to You which You named Yourself with, or revealed in Your Book, or You taught to any of Your creation, or You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Quran the life of my heart and the light of my breast, and a departure for my sorrow and a release for my anxiety.

لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ الْعَظِيمُ الْحَلِيمُ, لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ, لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَرَبُّ الْأَرْضِ وَرَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْكَرِيمِ

Lā ilāha illā llāhu l-ʿaẓīmu l-ḥalīmu, lā ilāha illā llāhu rabbu l-ʿarshi l-ʿaẓīmi, lā ilāha illā llāhu rabbu s-samāwāti wa rabbu l-arḍi wa rabbu l-ʿarshi l-karīmi

None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, the Forbearing, the Magnificent. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, Lord of the magnificent throne. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, Lord of the heavens, Lord of the Earth and Lord of the noble throne.

اللَّهُمَّ لاَ سَهْلَ إِلاَّ مَا جَعَلْتَهُ سَهْلاً, وَأَنْتَ تَجْعَلُ الْحَزْنَ إِذَا شِئْتَ سَهْلاً

Allāhumma lā sahla illā mā jaʿaltahu sahlan, wa anta tajʿalu l-ḥazna idhā shiʾta sahlan

O Allah, there is no ease except in that which You have made easy, and You make the difficulty, if You wish, easy.

لاَ بأْسَ طَهُورٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ

Lā baʾsa ṭahūrun in shāʾa llāhu

Never mind, may it be a purification, if Allah wills.

أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفيَكَ

Asʾalu llāha l-ʿaẓīma rabba l-ʿarshi l-ʿaẓīmi an yashfiyaka

I ask Allah the Supreme, Lord of the magnificent throne, to cure you.

ضَعْ يَدَكَ عَلَى الَّذِي تَألَّمَ مِنْ جَسَدِكَ وَقُلْ: بِسْمِ اللَّهِ, ثَلاَثاً, وَقُلْ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ: أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ

Ḍaʿ yadaka ʿalā lladhī taʾallama min jasadika wa qul: Bismillāhi, thalāthan, wa qul sabʿa marrātin: aʿūdhu billāhi wa qudratihi min sharri mā ajidu wa uḥādhiru

Place your hand at the site of the pain and say: In the name of Allah (three times). Then supplicate seven times: I take refuge in Allah and within His omnipotence from the evil that I feel and am wary of.

أَسْـتَغْفِرُ الله, أَسْـتَغْفِرُ الله, أَسْـتَغْفِرُ الله. اللّهُـمَّ أَنْـتَ السَّلامُ , وَمِـنْكَ السَّلام , تَبارَكْتَ يا ذا الجَـلالِ وَالإِكْـرام.

Astaghfiru llāh, astaghfiru llāh, astaghfiru llāh. Allāhumma anta s-salāmu wa minka s-salām, tabārakta yā dhā l-jalāli wa l-ikrām

I seek Allah's forgiveness (three times). O Allah, You are Peace and from You comes peace; blessed are You, O Owner of majesty and honour.

لا إلهَ إلاّ اللّهُ وحدَهُ لا شريكَ لهُ, لهُ المُـلْكُ ولهُ الحَمْد, وهوَ على كلّ شَيءٍ قَدير, اللّهُـمَّ لا مانِعَ لِما أَعْطَـيْت, وَلا مُعْطِـيَ لِما مَنَـعْت, وَلا يَنْفَـعُ ذا الجَـدِّ مِنْـكَ الجَـد.

Lā ilāha illā llāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, lahu l-mulku wa lahu l-ḥamdu wa huwa ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīr, Allāhumma lā māniʿa limā aʿṭayta, wa lā muʿṭiya limā manaʿta, wa lā yanfaʿu dhā l-jaddi minka l-jadd

None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs the dominion and the praise, and He is over all things competent. O Allah, none can withhold what You give, and none can give what You withhold, and the wealth of the wealthy avails nothing against You.

لا إلهَ إلاّ اللّه, وحدَهُ لا شريكَ لهُ, لهُ الملكُ ولهُ الحَمد, وهوَ على كلّ شيءٍ قدير, لا حَـوْلَ وَلا قـوَّةَ إِلاّ بِاللهِ, لا إلهَ إلاّ اللّـه, وَلا نَعْـبُـدُ إِلاّ إيّـاه, لَهُ النِّعْـمَةُ وَلَهُ الفَضْل وَلَهُ الثَّـناءُ الحَـسَن, لا إلهَ إلاّ اللّهُ مخْلِصـينَ لَـهُ الدِّينَ وَلَوْ كَـرِهَ الكـافِرون.

Lā ilāha illā llāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, lahu l-mulku wa lahu l-ḥamdu wa huwa ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīr, lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh, lā ilāha illā llāh, wa lā naʿbudu illā iyyāh, lahu n-niʿmatu wa lahu l-faḍlu wa lahu th-thanāʾu l-ḥasan, lā ilāha illā llāhu mukhliṣīna lahu d-dīna wa law kariha l-kāfirūn

None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs the dominion and the praise, and He is over all things competent. There is no power or might except with Allah. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, and we worship none but Him; His is the favour, the grace and the beautiful praise. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, sincerely devoting the religion to Him, even though the disbelievers dislike it.

سُـبْحانَ اللهِ, والحَمْـدُ لله , واللهُ أكْـبَر.

Subḥāna llāhi, wa l-ḥamdu lillāhi, wa llāhu akbar

Glory be to Allah, praise be to Allah, and Allah is the Greatest.

لا إلهَ إلاّ اللّهُ وَحْـدَهُ لا شريكَ لهُ, لهُ الملكُ ولهُ الحَمْد, وهُوَ على كُلّ شَيءٍ قَـدير.

Lā ilāha illā llāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, lahu l-mulku wa lahu l-ḥamdu wa huwa ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīr

None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs the dominion and the praise, and He is over all things competent.

لا إلهَ إلاّ اللّهُ وحْـدَهُ لا شريكَ لهُ, لهُ المُلكُ ولهُ الحَمْد, يُحيـي وَيُمـيتُ وهُوَ على كُلّ شيءٍ قدير.

Lā ilāha illā llāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, lahu l-mulku wa lahu l-ḥamdu, yuḥyī wa yumītu wa huwa ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīr

None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs the dominion and the praise; He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things competent.

اللّهُـمَّ إِنِّـي أَسْأَلُـكَ عِلْمـاً نافِعـاً وَرِزْقـاً طَيِّـباً , وَعَمَـلاً مُتَقَـبَّلاً.

Allāhumma innī asʾaluka ʿilman nāfiʿan, wa rizqan ṭayyiban, wa ʿamalan mutaqabbalan

O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision and accepted deeds.

اللَّهُمَّ أَجِرْنِي مِنْ النَّار.

Allāhumma ajirnī mina n-nār

O Allah, save me from the Fire.

اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَى ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ.

Allāhumma aʿinnī ʿalā dhikrika, wa shukrika, wa ḥusni ʿibādatik

O Allah, help me to remember You, to thank You and to worship You well.
